Volunteer
There are many ways to volunteer with Habitat for Humanity. You can volunteer with a local affiliate helping with construction or volunteering in the ReStores. You can volunteer with the Mobile Response Team which responses to natural disasters such as flooding and tornadoes. Or we encourage you to join the Habitat for Humanity of Iowa Board of Directors. Whatever your skills, we would love to have you onboard.

In addition to on-site opportunities, local organizations need volunteers to serve on their board of directors, as well as committee members to help with both governance and operations. Common committees for volunteers to serve on include Family Selection, Family Support, Public Relations/Outreach, Fundraising/Development, and Construction.
